Wi-Fi via EAP-SIM and Passpoint for iPad Air 2

Hello =)

I bought iPad Air 2 Wifi + Cellular

but when i try to connect to network "Orange WiFi Pro"

I cannot connect..... system ask's login and password

my Carrier Bundle in iOS is "Orange Moldova vers. 19.0").

iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus are working fine

so if i use Orange SIM and try connect with iPhone

Connection is Success and not ask for login and password

but if use iPad there is issue.... why? iPhone and iPad supports

EAP-SIP connection via Passpoint.... why i got this problem?

Orange Moldova is Official Apple Partner in Moldova

so why iPhone's are allowed but iPad no?!

Orange Support Team say to me : Apple are not incliuded in Carrier Bundle settings this thing for iPad

How i can get this settings to make it work?

I cannot use standart Orange Wi Fi (because they ask for password but I cannot recieve SMS from iPad)

so i have 2 solutions.... to pay for every used MB and GB or to use always 2 devices for getting password

Orange Wi Fi - work 30 minutes then need to get new password again

Orange WiFi Pro - can be used unlimited but there is no way to use it ? =(
