VOB still not working-Loaded QT Pro then QuickTime MPEG-2 Playback Component for Windows

Appreciate assistance with the following:

VOB file formats still not working after Loading QT Pro then QuickTime MPEG-2 Playback Component for Windows.

The QuickTime MPEG-2 Playback Component for Windows. finished loading OK. Video is playing without sound.
