Find my Iphone

I have 2 iphone 6 phones on my verizon account. Iphone 1 has an apple id and iphone 2 has a different apple id. Both do not want to change the current id's. Can we set up a "secondary" apple id account? The main use will de for locating the phones. Whichever way will show the best location results, as in what road, moving down the road, etc...
