Blotch / Black Spot appeared on LCD screen caused by extreme pressure

Product: iPhone 6 Plus 64GB

Software: iOS 8.3

Used for: Bought on 30 March 2015 ( Third month using )

Problem first occurred: 26 May 2015 ( and it getting worse over the week )

Problem 1: Blotch / Black Spot appeared on right top corner of my phone (just on top of battery Icon)

Problem 2: Straight airline on right side of LCD screen.

Problem 3: Randomly key in while messaging (linked to Problem 4)

Problem 4: Randomly open apps on main page (believed to be touchscreen sensor issue)

Reason: I have no idea and is eager to know as well !

Brief of the issue:

The black spot appeared one week ago (26 May 2015), and it was a tiny one when I first seen. I did not bother and thought it would be some dirt goes into my screen protector. However, it goes bigger over the week and how it looks currently is as below ( just on top of battery Icon).

The straight airlines appeared on the morning after third night sinced i spotted the blotch. ( 29 May 2015, and believed to be LCD issue)

The touchscreen malfunction occurred on the same day when airlines appeared.

I had consulted an Apple Authorized Service Provider in Singapore, and I was extremely unsatisfied with the reason they gave me.

"There is an internal damage spotted (the blotch) to caused all these issue, caused by 'extreme pressure' from the user ( yes it was me they were referring to) and is not covered under limited warranty. We will need to send it back to Apple for replacement and it cost SGD$270 and 5 working days."

Wait, extreme pressure????

I had never dropped my phone or any serious impact on any object. The blotch just grew bigger from a small dot, and airlines + touchscreen malfunction occurred overnight!

Who on earth would deliberately create extreme pressure on something which is so fragile, and yet so expensive?!

Has anyone of you have the similar issue?

Kindly guide me some ways to contact Apple's Senior Technician on this issue as I am really not satisfied for what the reason given!

Thanks in advance.

Because this is a user to user forum, you won't be able to find anyone here that will be able to give information on contacting a senior technician.

Most likely the "extreme force" was accidental on your part since no one would intentionally try to put force on the screen to cause it damage. If the iPhone was in a tight front or back pocket, bending over or even sitting down could potentially cause the issue. If it was in a loose pocket there's a possibility that you brushed up against something just enough to case the force needed. If it was in a bag or purse of any kind, other objects such as keys or other items could have given enough force.

Your only options are to either pay for the out of warranty replacement or to send it directly to Apple to have them diagnose it but more than likely, they are going to say the same thing. I understand that you didn't do it on purpose and don't know how it happened, but on any LCD screen the exact same issue will happen from extreme force.
