Q: I have a big problem of wifi connection with my i phone 5 version 8.3

I have a big problem of wifi connection with my i phone 5 version 8.3

my i phone is not searching any wifi network connection. i did reset my phone several times but still have that problem. Please suggest me what can i do. i am losing my trust from Apple. is this a hardware problem of software please suggest me as soon as possible.

    Try to reset your network settings.


    Go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings


    Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.

    • Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
    • Press and hold on the Home button
    • Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.


    Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings
