MY app store on my ipad mini air 2 doesn't want to log in when i enter my username and password it keeps loading and doesnt login, same for itunes as well ,it actually started i was already signed in but when i tried to download any app it asked me for my password and username and it kept loading then it didnt download,

HHave you tried using the settings app to sign in? Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. If that fails, try discpnnecting from WiFi for about 15 or 20 seconds and then connect again. You can turn WiFi off in the settings, or reset your router.... Something that will refresh your internet connection might help.

I ve tried the settings tnung and still the same and i ve tried wifi and data plan aswell
Did you try just restarting or force restarting your device? Sometimes that's all it takes to make things work. Give them a try if you haven't done so already.
I'm not sure what to try next. Have you tried downloading a previously purchased song or book, anything other than an app? Do you even see a purchased tab in any of the stores?
