Q: Corrupt backup iOS 8.3

Hello,

I updated my iPhone 6 to iOS 8.3 from iOS 8.2, when I wanted to backup it, iTunes said me : "The backup is corrupt or is inadequate" (not remember the exact message).

I lost some important files (audio records), can I retrieve it ?

Take a look at this thread iTunes says iPhone backup is corrupted, but I can't locate corrupt backup to delete it and at this support article: If you can't make an iTunes backup of your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Hello,
Sorry I misspoke, I want to say I can't restore my iPhone, I have some save (I can see in settings, in folder...) when I want to restore with it, it doesn't works. I try to delete Lockout folder but nothing change.
