In App-Purchase Problem

i am facing in-app purchase problem and is asking me to contact support (purchase failed), cant connect to itunes store... pls help as i couldnt find any helpful support in the web.


i did a purchase of about $30 but at the time there wasnt any amount in my account, i credited my account with $100 after 20 days of purchase...

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.3
