Q: setting up a home network between iMac and Mac Air

I am trying to set up a home network between iMac and Mac Air.

Somehow the iMac appears on the Mac Air, but I can't connect to the iMac using the Mac Air.

I am using Yosemite on both systems and they share wi-fi through AT&T U-versr.
