Q: IPad Air cellular 16gb crashes (apple logo) on ios 8.1.2 AND ios 8.3

Ipad Air wifi + 4G 16GB crashes occasionaly on various apps and when browsing safari and the apple logo appears on screen for a few seconds. This was happening when i had ios 8.2 and it continues after I upgraded on ios 8.3. I have restored the device but the problem remains. Could the problem be caused by an app bug? Any ideas? Thanks

Since your iPhone is running the most recent iOS, and it is still restarting unexpectedly, then I'd like you to please contact Apple Support as shown in the information below.

Make sure that your device is up to date and your apps are up to date. If you still see this issue after updating, contact Apple Support.
If your iOS device restarts, displays the Apple logo, or powers off while you're using it - Apple Support
