Hi please help me with this situation guys.i have iphone 6 . Early morning when i wake up i see some numbers were dialed to inda without my knowledge.my screen is locked and i do have password for my phone.and i dont know how the numbers were dialed.some times I will get missed calls but no ring tone for that but I can see them in my recent call log.I mean no sound for that incoming call.some times the incoming call time duration will be 1 minute but I don't know when the call received in my phone coz my phone will be on the desk and I will be doing my other work at home.when I call network provider they don't have any record of my call list.not for dialed numbers and not for incoming call.they have all the call record which is dialed by myself in my phone.please help thanks

The phone foes not display calls made FROM your iPhone. The displayed numbers are missed calls made TO your phone.

If this bothers you, you can block the originating phone number in Phone > Recents > top in the "i" next to the number > then select Block this Caller, but this doesn't really do anything useful.

No one can operate your phone without your knowledge, unless the hardware was hacked. To do that the hacker would have to physically have possession of your phone for at least 15 minutes. How was the phone unlocked? If you took it to a shop to unlock it they could have easily hacked (jailbroken) your phone and installed spyware on it.

The only other possibility is if you share an Apple ID for iCloud with someone else. They can then make calls on your phone from their phone, if you are both using the same WiFi network.

Thanks Lawrence but my phone is already unlocked from the store when I took it.may be some body hacked my apple Id or icloud .recently I moved to new house.in this new house all are my cousins.they dont know computer so there is no chance of hacking and i never give my phone to others to use.may be from my old house they are doing but we don't share same WIFI now.so what's the best way now to prevent all these things? Any solution? Yeah but when I was in old house my Facebook and Gmail was hacked and I changed everything that time.

Was the store an Apple store or an Apple Authorized reseller? If not, then it's quite possible they hacked it before you got it. It's pretty common in some parts of the world to sell "gray market" phones intended for sale in another country, and then hacking them to make them work somewhere else. You can check from the model number where the phone was intended to be used. Hacking your Apple ID would not enable someone to make calls on your phone, unless they also had access to your WiFi network. But changing your Apple ID password is a good idea, regardless.

Yeah Lawrence it's apple authorised store I mean the store is belonged to my network provider.it was sealed and I am not gonna doubt them.it's my mobile network store in London. Yeah I will change my apple Id and let's see how it works.now I moved to completely new house and new people and I am wondering who is doing this all? And my doubt is can they hack with my mobile IMEI?
