    Jim,

     

    iPod syncing is with a library, not with a folder.

     

    If you add the contents of the two folders into a single iTunes library, you can sync in the normal fashion.

     

    If you like the folders being where they are, make sure to go to Preferences > Advanced and uncheck both "Keep..." and "Copy.." before you do the Add.

    Going by the topic that brought you here...

    and reading between the lines, if what you mean is "how can you Sync two different folders of photos (on the computer) onto your phone?", then the answer is to put both the folders into another folder and Sync that third folder to your phone.

     

    Put folder 1 (with your first lot of pictures) and folder 2 (with different pictures) into folder 3. Then Sync folder 3 with the phone.
