Q: Why am I not receiving emails from certain senders? They have repeatedly confirmed that they sent mail to my correct address.  Mail isn't in gmail account either so its not specifically a Mac problem.  Any ideas

Not receiving emails from some senders.  They sent to correct address.  I added them as contacts.  I have not blocked them and yet I do not get mail they confirmed that was sent.  Not on gmail account either. Any ideas?

If the mail is not showing up in your Gmail account on the web, then you probably need to go to Google Gmail support since the issue seems to be with the service, not with the Mac: https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/gmail
