Re-lock iPhone

First, I bought an unlocked iPhone 6 with fully price (contact-free) and yes it's unlocked and I can use any GSM SIM card and then my iPhone had hardware problem and Apple replaced me a new iPhone but that new iPhone became locked. I asked Apple and they said I needed to contact right directly to the carrier company. I bought from Apple Store so where else I could go? The below is some of the info of the iPhone that got this problem.

Model: SVC,IPHONE 6,MM,16GB,GOLD,WUR

this is a user helping user group we are users like you but

complain if you send an unlocked phone to repair and got a locked phone back as replacement they cheated you

the price difference between a factory unlocked phone and a locked phone is huge! it's like your mechanic giving you a fiat in return because your bmw was not worth fixing

I Paid full price for the unlocked iPhone so this iPhone is supposed to be unlocked at any situation. I've already spent my time to get my iPhone replaced and I don't have much time to call and beg you for the unlock. Apple, you have to put your responsibility in mind. Anyone, anything can bring this to Apple, please. It's not fair for me as your value and loyal customer.
