No provision to e-mail pix using Photo and OutLook on my MBA?

MBA late 2010 running Yosemite v10.10.3 and Microsoft for Mac 2011.

1) Does not appear to be an option to attach pictures from Photo 1 Version 1.0 (209.52.0) to my mail Outlook on above machine. Have looked in general preferences in Photo and Outlook and see no options any assistance is appreciated.

2) Using Photo Version 1.0 (209.52.0) seems to be system heavy as my fan always comes on and machine gets very hot along hinge line especially above the esc button. Usually fan only fires up when I'm on Google Earth with lots of data layer on.... anyone else experience this?

Photo seems to have some ok features however a little cumbersome to use, would be nice if there was a list of short cut keys.

Thanks,

jrc

1 - that is correct - Microsoft has to update Outlook to use the new plugins and extensions - until they do you can use the media browser if the version of outlook supports it or export photos to the desktop and use them from there - let Microsoft know your need for them to update

As to shortcut keys they are listed in Photos Help
