When submitting my podcast, getting the elusive error "We had difficulty downloading episodes from you feed"

For the life of me I cannot figure out why I am getting the error "We had difficulty downloading episodes from your feed."

The link to my xml file is:

http://justjesuschrist.com/just-jesus-rss.xml

Thanks!

The URL given for your top episode's media file is

http://JustJesusChrist.com/media/podcasts/Audio/001 Introduction.mp3

This, and the other episode files, have a space after the episode number. Spaces are not allowed in a URL, so iTunes sees the URL as ending after the number (as does this forum's software when it turns the URL into a link), and of course that won't work. You must either remove the space or replace it with an underscore or a hyphen in both the filename and the feed; or alternatively you can replace the space in the feed with the code %20 and leave the file alone, though this is not the preferable option.

I'm afraid i can't see any reason for this. The file works OK in a browser, and testing in Terminal shows the server handling byte-range requests. CastFeedValidator doesn't ind anything wrong with that, though it complains that the URL for episode 3 has an invalid character in it, which I can't confirm. (The 'guid' tag for episode 11 has a space in the URL but this wouldn't produce the problem you are having).

I can only suggest you contact the people running your server and ask if they can check the logs and see if requests from the Store are being handled properly.
