What happens on the other end of the phone line when you block someone's calls/texts via Iphone?
Does it let them know they've been blocked?
Can they still leave you voicemails?

No, they don't know they've been blocked. Yes, they can leave voicemail but you won't be notified of it an they wll be dumped to your deleted forlder.
