Q: ApplePay - How to get data from apple purchases released to credit card co.

So I use quickbooks to download all of my Credit Card transactions and itemize categories for easy tax prep, etc...  When I use Apple pay the credit card statement and downloads just say iTunes store.   This completely screws up my ability to itemize my spending and work with budgets, etc..  Does anyone know of a workaround?  I talked to my bank and they can't do anything to fix this.  I would use Apple Pay but I need to be able to streamline my spending categories in quickbooks.  Any ideas?

    Good day mwheel,

You can get recent transaction information from the Passbook application on your device. This article describes how -

Apple Pay FAQ - Apple Support

    Specifically -

Does Passbook show my recent transactions?

When you view your card in Passbook, you’ll see the last transaction for each credit card or debit card.

You can also see the last 10 transactions for your credit cards. Just tap the card and tap Plus icon. Depending on your bank, you might see only transactions made from your device. Or you might see all transactions made from your credit card account, including all Apple Pay devices and your actual credit card.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

    Safe computing,
