I've never mixed format editing but definitely run into audio sync problems when there is a 1080/60p raw footage dropped into a 29.97p timeline. I'm in process of exporting the 59.94p project via Compressor and forcing it to 29.97p so that the other cams in the project are in the same frame rate. Will Compressor be smart enough to convert the native 59.94p to 29.97 like it was shot in 29.97p to begin with? The exporting of a 2 hour is extremely long and would like to know if this is the correct way to do it. Tight deadline coming up.
