Talk time wrong..?

I its picked up this phone call from unknown which I know is my husband who calls me from a satilite phone from a boat 100 miles off shore. Anyways, I picked it up and it said 56:11:21, so I screen shot it and hung up and then called the boat back to ask if that was him who called and he said "yes why did you hang up?" And I told him. I have iOS 8.3 And this seem to be normal other than this. does anyone know what could be the issue? Oh I have a iPhone 6 plus and I got this phone around october 2015

It's not clear what issue you're referring to - incorrect call duration display or disconnecting? Did you have any conversation? What gave you the idea that this is an iPhone problem and not your husband's satellite phone, since you don't have problems with other calls.

Thanks for your reply. I am saying it is an incorrect call duration, the connection was fine... Why would your phone say you were on the phone for 56 hours? I was in the phone with my grandmother for about 5 minutes and then i told her I would call her back because I had an incoming call which was the unknown number. I then switched over and my grandmothers call disconnected successfully and then I was connected to the unknown call and the connection was fine but it displayed i was on the phone for that amount of time already..

Sorry, but this is still unclear. When you say you "picked up" the unknown call during your conversation with your grandmother, do you mean you got an incoming call tone and when you answered, it immediately showed this call time, or did you noticed a 2nd call and switched to it?

How can you say that the "connection was fine" when there was no conversation, no "hello", from the caller despite taking the time for a screenshot?

Are you saying that you believe this unknown caller was your husbands satellite phone only because when you called back, he asked you why you hung up?
