You won't get a virus. Do not do that again, however. You can quit Safari by double-tap on the Home button to open the multi-task bsr. Swipe the Safari window to the top of the screen to quit.

Turn on Anti-phishing & Popup so in the future you won't get those

Goto: Safari Setting

1. Clear the Safari Histroy (this will remove the webpage history that you had visit)
2. Clear the Cookie
3. Clear the Cache (this will delete javascript & other cache)
