Q: Importing pictures, problems

When trying to import pics and vids, iphone only imports a few pics and vids. I made sure my phone was unlocked, thanks for help. Win 7 and ios 7

That article mostly just talks about how to fix photos not importing, but my photos do import, but not all of them.
