Q: How do I upgrade Safari?

I am trying to update Safari 6.0 on a MacBook, OS10.8. I cannot find a download link anywhere, including the Safari page. Where is it?

A:

Open the Mac App Store, click on the Updates tab, and see if an update is available there. If not, you need to upgrade the computer to Yosemite(or Mavericks if you have access to an Apple ID which previously downloaded it.)
