I have been getting this error for most of the day today? Can't seem to get past it - I have reset computer, reset modem, reset IP, tried it under development or all - simple can not create a new provisioning file....getting quite annoyed about it.
I get the same issue in safari, chrome and even opera.
It even gets the whole developer maintenance image with the "We'll be back soon!' picture lol.
Anyone else getting the same issue?
Getting this for lots of different pages including development provisioning profile creation, APN certificate creation.
When is this going to get fixed? Tbh, the whole developer centre is really shoddy. Most of the pages don't load in Safari at all and I have to use Chrome (this has been a problem for months now)!
When adding a device, the final step never completes as the https page is trying to load a http (non-secure) page and therefore gets blocked in most modern browsers. Common Apple, sort this out.

Oh I'm so glad I'm not the only one. I'm getting "ACCESS UNAVAILABLE" when trying to get into the IOS dev center. I called but of course they are only open Mon - Fri because NOBODY works on apps on their weekends off right?
