Q: iTunes Crashes in Movies but not TV Shows

SPECS

=======

iTunes 12.1.2.27

Surface Pro 3 (i7, 8G RAM, 256G HDD)

Windows 8.1

I have no problem buying, downloading or watching any TV Shows. I can browse the Movies with no problem but if I try to BUY or WATCH a movie (or even a trailer) my entire iTunes Crashes the instant I click on it. It happens every single time without fail. I have removed and reinstalled iTunes but not sure what else to do. Any ideas?
