Q: Can't Receive Talktalk Emails
Over the last couple of weeks, I have been unable to receive Talktalk emails on my iMac 10.10.3 Yosemite although I can send them but I can receive them on my Windows laptop. Sometimes, when checking for new TT emails, the progress bar at the bottom shows with a message saying "Incoming Mail" but nothing comes in. My web mail is showing all the sent and received emails though.
I have checked all the account settings and they are all as they should be.
I have noticed a Talktalk message on My Account mentioning people having problems with sending and receiving emails recently but that the problems at the server have been fixed. I have contacted Talktalk Support but can't get a helpful answer.
Can anyone please suggest a solution please?
