Q: WHERE IS MY ALBUM???????

There is no need to shout.

If you've deleted it from your device and/or computer's iTunes (only you can delete content from a device or computer) and the version that you bought is still in the store and you haven't moved countries since buying it, then if the whole album isn't showing in the Purchased section for redownloading then check to see if you've hidden it : Hide and unhide purchases in the iTunes Store - Apple Support

If it's no longer in the store for redownloading then it's the record label/rights-holder who have removed it.

If you can't redownload it then copy it back from your backup of your downloads/library.

ps. Please do not shout. It affects my responses.

Perhaps the Artist or his Recording Company had it removed due to legal reasons, e.g.. given exclusive rights to Spotify. Then Apple would have no choice but to remove it. Try contacting iTunes Support
