Q: IPhone 4s (8.3) flash not working on low battery

Tis very odd, never happens to me on any other version (5.0.1 till 8.1.3)

So I updated my iPhone 4s to 8.3 then I noticed that my flash stopped working.

My battery died so I charged it to 100% and my flash worked fine.

Long story short when my iPhone 4s (8.3) is on low battery my flash will stop working after couple of flashing and will start working again when the battery will be recharged.

My iPhone condition is fine no hardware problem, so what's up with that?

Thanks for trying to help, i geuss it was a bug since i upgraded to 8.4 and it didnt happen
