Q: How can I import photos from my iPhone to the new Photos app and now have it saved on my iPhone?
Now that my iPhoto application is obsolete, there is no easy way for me to use built-in applications to import my photos from my iPhone (and thus saving space on my iPhone for photos I no longer need to keep on my phone).
Does the new Photos application have capability for this? A workaround through iTunes?
Please help.
I don't have enough iCloud storage and purchasing a subscription is not an option.

Whelp, it looks like this function is not a concern. I had an issue with my cable and photo imports work as they should.
