My face time doesnt work

I have iphone6 plus and my facetime started working bad. I can do calls and received (even see the other person) but I doesn't heard on the other side. By the opposite the other side listen me ok

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.3, works ok until the last week

From what I gather, you can make FaceTime calls with your iPhone 6 but you can’t hear sound from your device. The article linked below provides troubleshooting tips that’ll resolve most issues with no sound.
