My iPod just freeze the screen and keeps playing songs. When I hold sleep/wake button the screen turns white and suddenly goes black...I've already reset it holding S/W button + ➖ Volume but not even the Apple logo appears...What happened?

It sounds like your iPod is just not playing ball and will not work as it should. Resetting the device is where I would have started as well. Next I would attempt restoring it with iTunes:
Use iTunes to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings
If that does not get it to work, or you are unable to then you may need service on your iPod:

I Bought this iPod in Toronto but I live in Brazil...how can I get repair service from here?
