iPhone 6 will not turn on, cycles from apple logo to blue screen then off

iPhone 6 battery died, pluggedcharger up to phone and let it charge for a while. Try to turn on it just cycles from the Apple logo to blue screen then off. Tried resetting by holding home button and power but still does the same thing

Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, the iPhone boots to the Apple logo and then to a blue screen. I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.


Doesn't start past the Apple logo

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch doesn't respond or doesn't turn on - Apple Support


You see a solid color screen (black, white or blue)

Get help with the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Plug in your device to a power source. If you see the low-battery screen when you plug in, let your device charge for at least 10 minutes (20 minutes for iPad) before using it.

  1. Reset your device while it's plugged in.
  2. If resetting doesn’t fix the issue, restore your device.
  3. If you still see the issue after you restore, contact Apple Support.
