How do I change the settings for my recently published book to be viewed by people on devices other than iPad and Mac??

Books created by iBooks Author can only be read by an iPad or Mac. For other devices you could export the book to .pdf format, but normally you would have to recreate the book in epub format. The Apple app for that is Pages, but there are various others.
