Q: itunes cannot backup the ipod because an error occured

I keep getting this error message when trying to backup my ipod touch. I have tried 3 different computers, unplugged and replugged my usb cord in, and restarted both my ipod and my mac multiple times. Any other ideas?

I understand that you are receiving an error when attempting to backup your iPod. I also see you have tried some troubleshooting steps with the issue persisting. There are just a couple more that I could recommend in the article below.
