Q: I can't sign in to ITunes and App Store, it's loads but then it didn't log in, I sign out for try my other Apple ID and now it don't let me sigh in again what's happening?

I Wanted to try my new Apple id so I sign out and when I'm trying to sign in again it doesn't work, it's loads and then don't log in, I try with me new and its work I don't know what's going on, this is my new Apple Id
