Jun 6, 2015 9:36 PM in response to timolegrosby Loner T,What year/model is your Mac? Macs with a built-in optical drive typically do not support USB booting, with a few exceptions from 2011/2012. In such cases the ISO should be converted to a physical DVD to install Windows.
You should use a USB2 flash disk, not a USB3. USB3 will not work. Do not use any USB hubs. Do not connect any other external storage at the time of installation.
