Apple TV just added NBC Sports Live. I opened the App and the activation code was displayed. I went to activate.nbcsports.com on my laptop to activate the device. I chose #2 Apple TV. Number 3 is Select your provider. No choices. Just " Select your provider". Apple TV OS 7.2, which isn't germane as this is a content issue on activate Your Device. Has anyone been able to contact NBC? That seems impossible.
What can I do?

EDIT: I finally backed all the way out of the app and Apple TV. When I went back into the app it gave me another code which the NBC Sports activation webpage accepted this time. There's a lesson there I guess...

I just went to the same URL and I had the full list of providers on the pull-down. Perhaps try a different browser?
That worked! Good ol' Internet Explorer did the trick. Thank you
I got to the activate page, selected my Apple TV and my internet provider from the drop-down, but the activation code given by the Apple TV NBC Sports app is not being accepted: "Please enter a valid activation code"
What do I do now? I tried upper and lower case.
