Q: am not getting "Add playlist" button when connect my phone with PC

Hi,

I just added few movies from pc which deleted all my music. now when i am want to add new songs its asking me to erase the movies and make new folder. and also there is no add playlist button which use to come prior my ios upgrade.help me how do i go about addng music keeping the movies safe.

iPhone 5s, iOS 8

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it sounds like you are trying to sync music and movies to the iPhone. This began when you updated the iOS? I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
