My iPad air is now just 14 months old and has had a serious restart problem. Initially I kept getting an error message 4013 when trying to restore it to normal operation. In DFU mode I have tried to reload the latest iOS from the SW file on the desktop of my MacBook but get another error message "iPad could not be restored an unknown error occurred (4005)". When I tried in standard restore mode I then got the error message "The iPad could not be restored. This device is not eligible for the requested build" either with 7.0.3 or the latest 8.1.2. Where do I go next?
