My iPhone 5 is stuck on an apple logo with weird writings on top

hi my iPhone 5 is stuck on the apple logo with weird writings on top. Ive tried to reboot it, update it and restore it but it would go to connect iPhone to iTunes and go back to the apple logo. Im just wondering whats wrong with the phobe and if it's fixable or not
