iPod shuffle 4rd generation won't on and can't be update with the latest software version? need helps please!!!

I having trouble with my iPod Shuffle the power won't on and can't be update the latest software.

I have tried update new software but there is no latest software shown at it the iTunes , charge it all day and still after charge the blinking light ( orange color won't blink at all or not even appeared).

Kindly let me know how to solve the problem with the iPod. Cheers
