Jun 7, 2015 4:38 PM in response to bijoy7411by Old Toad,The iOS on an iPhone can't be downgraded to an earlier version. Apple doesn't permit it. Perhaps you should post a new topic in the Using iPhone forum and explain what slow about your phone so users there can help diagnose what's wrong. This is the iPhoto for iOS forum.

Aug 31, 2015 7:45 AM in response to bijoy7411by ChrisJ4203,You have just done what is referred to as hijacking a thread. This question has nothing to do with Using the iPhone, not does it have anything to do with the OP's question. You need to post your own question in the correct forum. However it sounds as if you have already deauthorized all devices in January 2015, which is why you are getting that message. No one here could help, you need to contact iTunes support.

Aug 31, 2015 7:55 AM in response to bijoy7411by Ralph9430,Since Apple does not support downgrading the iOS I suggest you start a new question that gives a good title to a specific problem. Then in the body of the thread describe the problem in detail, tell us what steps you have tried so far to correct the problem, what happened, and what error messages you received.
