I am trying to print multiple pictures (either the same picture, or different ones) on the same page using Photos.
I would like to be able to use a US Legal sheet and print multiples 2X3 or 4X6 on the same page. There is no option, the only one is Contact sheet but I can only print one small image on the whole page.

I have Photos 1.5 running 10.11.6 and no matter how small I make the picture when in "custom" it only gives me one picture to a page. So actually there is no way to get multiple on the page. I wish I had my old iPhotos. It worked fine in that application.
Of course there is as shown in Old Toad's sample from 2 1/2 years ago - maybe if you started a new thread and included details about what you have and what you are doing rather than threadJack a very old resolved thread someone could help you - what OT posted 2 1/2 years ago worked then and works now

To print multiple images (different photos) on one page do the following;
1 - select the images to be printed.
2 - type Command+P to start the print process.
3 - select the stock size.
3 - click on the Custom layout.
4 - adjust the print size to get the number of photos per page that you want.
5 - reverse the file size, i.e. 4 x 6 to 6 x 4 to get this:
Change that to 4:3 and you can get 4 on one page.
To get multiples of one photos duplicate the photo as many times as needed (select and type Command+D), select them and follow steps 1-5 above.
