Nano 7th Gen will not connect via bluetooth to other devices. Its keeps searching but never finds any of them.

Nano 7th Gen will not connect via Bluetooth to other devices. Its keeps searching but never finds any of them

I have 4 other bluetooth devices (Speaker, sound bar, handphones, Galaxy S4 phone) and it will not find them.

I have tried sinking the nano via another device, the passkey comes up on both, i press yes on both devices but it wont connect still.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

It isn't going to connect with your Galaxy.

It should pair with a BT speaker, sound bar and headphones that support A2DP. If any of those devices have been paired with something else, like say your Galaxy, turn off BT on the Galaxy, put the device in pairing mode and try again.

Do you have another device that it is already linked to? I originally paired my Nano to my speakers but when I tried to link them
again, the Nano could not find the device any longer. I chose to forget the device and start all over again but then it could not find the device at all. I realized that the speakers are also paired to my iPad which I turn off but I rarely power it down completely. With iPad completely off, I tried pairing the Nano and the speakers. Voila, it worked! Again, if it's also linked to another device, turn it off and try pairing them.
