how can i upload photos from my PC to my icloud account?

The steps outlined below detail how to go about adding photos to your iCloud Photo Stream from your Windows computer.

1. Select iCloud Photos under Favorites in a folder window of File Explorer (Windows 8) or Windows Explorer (Windows 7).

2. Double-click My Photo Stream.

3. Click “Add photos” in the toolbar, select one or more photos to add, then click Open.

Note: Photos in My Photo Stream appear in the order they were originally taken, not in the order they were added to My Photo Stream.
