Q: where are FACES in iCloud Photo Library on my iPhone

iCloud Photo Library

iPhone 5 8.3,

Part 1

I recently started using iCloud Photo Library on my MAC and on my iPhone 5.

I needed a particular picture of my mother at a family function. I grabbed my phone thinking I would be able to find it but there is not FACES on my phone/app/ iCloud Photo Library.

Is that the way it is or is there something I am missing?

Part 2, there is no My Photo Stream in my camera roll, again, what am I missing, and to make it even more confusing, there is no photo stream in PHOTOS on my Mac.

I have UpLoad to My Photo Stream check'd. see attached.

Thank you community for helpful answers

IOS questions and IPhone questions are better ask in the appropriate forum when the real exports on those hangout - this it the Photos for Mac forum and none of this involve Photos for Mac

Note that with iCloud Photo Library your photos are all in their proper place in Years/collections/moments not in separate folders, albums or events -  your library is equally accessible from all devices and there no distinction as to the source of the photos (you can make smart albums for different cameras to separate by source in Photos for Mac)

Yes I know about putting the proper question in the proper community but my question had to do with two aspects of the same app that's why I kind of bundled them together I will make note and not put these questions in the wrong place next time-hopefully.

I would totally be lost without the support of the Apple community forum. I appreciate all the professional  assistance with learning about many aspects of Apple Mac iphone OS iOS.

Thank you Larry and for being gentle with me about my blunder.

Regarding your part 2, you need to enable "My Photo Stream" in the Photos for Mac preferences > iCloud settings on your Mac. (It is basically the same thing as what you show in your first screen shot from the iPhone, but the layout is different.)

As mentioned in the "How do I turn on My Photo Stream?" section of My Photo Stream FAQ, you need to do this for each device (Mac, PC, or iOS device) you want to use the Photo Stream with.
