My my mouse is erratic it jumps all over place then the screen starts jumping and sliding around. This computer is a MacBook Pro and it is only 18 months old. I called tech support and he walked me through a couple of reboot options which seemed to work until I did a update now I am back to square one. I repeated the steps he did and this time it did not work.
