Mouse Pointer Appears During Movie Playback
I've been having an issue for a while now, can't recall when I first noticed it. When playing back a movie in iTunes, if there are subtitles that appear during the movie then the mouse pointer suddenly appears on screen and won't disappear until I move it. As an example, just watched The Hobbit and whenever there is any orc speech translated with subtitles the mouse pointer would appear. I then have to move the pointer a slight bit to get it to disappear after a few seconds. Intensely annoying as you can imagine.
Any idea what might be causing this or how to fix it?
MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mavericks (10.9), 2.6GHz, 8GB Ram, 512GB, 1GB NVIDIA
