Phone going nuts

I really need help! My phone has been acting up lately and I really need it fixed! (iPhone 5

- Siri/ Voice control will go off by itself and i am not even holding the home button

- The phone acts as off I'm doubling tapping the home button or take me out of apps when, again, I'm not touching the home button.

- Whenever I'm watching a video or listening to music the speaker will crackle and then take me out of the app

- When I try to shut down my phone completely it will turn its self back on or act as if its connect to tuned through the core when its really just plugged into a charger.

It doesn't do this all the time because it will work perfectly fine through out the day and then freak out later. I really hope I can fix the problem so I don't need to get a new phone!

Have you tried using Assistive Touch?

If never jailbroken, likely there is hardware damage, but try restoring to factory settings as a new phone (without restoring a backup). If this helps, restore the backup. If the malfunctioning returns, restore again as new and start over with your phone. If restoring as new doesn't work, take it to Apple for evaluation.

If the phone was hacked/jailbroken at any time, even if the jailbrake was "removed", replacement is your only option - Apple won't touch it. Jailbraking can cause permanent damage to the firmware.
