Jun 8, 2015 12:04 AM in response to Karl Pfeiffer (.at)by K Shaffer,There are some ideas that may or may not help, when this topic is looked at
via a search engine result. Apple Support> Quicktime section may be of help
and perhaps the Help Viewer in your OS X may as well.

Third-party applications may allow you to capture audio files that accompany video,
from other sources that are not live to your local environs, to record to a computer.
Some had been available to prior OS X versions, though I am not familiar with any
that may be current to the most recent systems at this time. Not sure what kind of
options the Pro update to Quicktime was able to add, as I'd never used it.
In any event...
Good luck & happy computing!

Jun 8, 2015 2:36 AM in response to K Shafferby Karl Pfeiffer (.at),Wondering what for QuickTime Player is, so I tried a further mor to take a Bildschirmaufnahme (Screen recording); too linke the times before it does not record sounds. Yosemite
So Snap Snap Pro X does not since working with Yosemite.
Just wondering; at the moment I don't have a micro installed, so the Systemsettings offer nothing to change. It is not believable to me that Apple has suddenly no tool on board.

Jun 8, 2015 4:23 AM in response to Karl Pfeiffer (.at)by K Shaffer,Would appear the SnapX Pro application is not supported in Yosemite 10.10
and their support site has one active user question about only this topic.
Not sure if the App store offers an application that could do this. In some
cases, the reason for no audio capture app may be due to copyright rules.
So in this case, I do not have a suitable software to refer you, unless there
may be a way in iMovie or some other application, where they may be able
to share the audio channel from one, with a different application.
Looks like some research is necessary.
However, sleep moreso, at 3:22 AM.
Best regards!

Jun 8, 2015 5:52 AM in response to Karl Pfeiffer (.at)by Raymond Riley,Soundflower is still a viable method for capturing the sound output of any app while screen recording in QuickTime.
This article is one of the better at describing how to set up:
http://osxdaily.com/2013/02/25/record-system-audio-mac-os-x-soundflower/
I use a slight variation on this by creating a multi-output device that includes both Soundflower 2-ch and Built-in Output. Either way, you choose Soundflower 2-channel in QuickTime's drop-down for audio source.
